Overview
The DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI is built around carpet. Its BLAST suction is rated at 16,600Pa with 38% higher airflow, and ECOVACS argues that airflow, not pressure alone, is what pulls embedded pet hair and fine dust out of carpet fibers.
The bigger change is Triple Lift. The X9 PRO OMNI can raise the roller mop, the main brush and the side brush each on its own, so it adapts to whatever floor it's on. When it detects carpet the roller mop lifts to keep rugs dry while BLAST airflow boosts carpet pickup. On hard floors the OZMO Roller mops and washes itself at the same time, refreshing the roller as it goes rather than waiting for a station wash.
ZeroTangle 3.0 combines a V-shaped roller with guided airflow to stop hair wrapping, and the extended roller mop and side brush reach toward walls, baseboards and furniture edges.
At the dock, the OMNI station washes the mop with hot water, dries it with 145°F hot air, refills the robot and empties the dustbin. ECOVACS rates this setup for up to 150 days of hands-free cleaning, with up to 200 minutes of battery life.

Yes. The DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI is a robot vacuum and mop, so it handles both jobs in one machine.
How strong is the suction?
ECOVACS gives the DEEBOT X9 PRO OMNI 16,600Pa of suction. Higher Pa figures generally mean more pull on carpet and debris; compare it with other models in the DEEBOT range table.
Which series is it part of?
It belongs to the DEEBOT X series. See the other models in the series on the robot vacuums page.
