We read every message about three things.
Corrections
A suction figure, station function, mowing spec or other detail on one of our pages doesn't match the robot, its box or its manual. Tell us the page, the detail that is wrong and where the correct figure appears.
Questions about a model
For example, which DEEBOT series suits a home with lots of carpet, or how a GOAT mower finds its way around the lawn. We answer from the same published specifications our pages are built on.
Orders
We don't sell or ship anything on this site and we can't see orders. For anything about an order, contact the shop where you placed it; your order confirmation shows which one that is.
