How we review ECOVACS robots

Every page on this site draws on published information. We don't run our own lab work, so our pages don't give scores or star ratings.

What we rely on

• ECOVACS's product names and published specifications. Suction figures, mop systems, station functions and navigation features come from the way ECOVACS names and specifies each model.
• User manuals and setup guides. How a robot is set up, maintained and paired with the app.
• Recurring points in public buyer reviews. When the same question comes up again and again, we explain it. We report the pattern, not individual quotes, and we don't report review counts or star averages.

When two sources disagree on a figure, we use the more specific one. If we can't settle it, the figure stays off the page.

How each type of page is put together

• Product pages: the features named for the model, a specification table and short answers, each traceable to the sources above.
• Reviews and guides: the range overview and troubleshooting guides, written from the same sources and linked to the product pages they mention.

Keeping pages current

When ECOVACS revises a model or a model disappears from sale, we update or remove its page. If you spot a figure that no longer matches, tell us through the contact page.
